A tribute to a new pentecost

I participated in the Catholic Charismatic renewal for 14 years. I've lived many unforgetable, transforming and uplifting experiences with the Holy Spirit. In Pará state it is celebrated its 40 years. As a good son I wrote the text below which I published in Facebook talking about my gratitude to God for this movement within my beloved Roman Catholic Church

 

A Tribute to CCR-Pará

I want to write some grateful lines to praise God for the amazing grace that is Catholic Charismatic Renewal in my life. Fifteen years ago I had a personal experience with jesus christ through Prayer Group, where I could feel loved by God and touched by the Holy Spirit, seeing his power acting in the hearts, seeing through his eyes and learned to see the world as He sees. How great were the graces received. How uplifting lived challenges. How pedagogical was God with me giving me faith brothers and friends, who holding my hands, helped me to walk in the path God wanted for me. True friends. I praise God because through CCR i could have a dream of Love for the world in the Renewed Universities Ministry. I wished to become a kingdom professional in the Kingdom Professionals service. Through these experiences I am a lay conscious of my role in the church and in the world as church, willing to correspond to it and believer in the power of Love to win and transform everything. I praise God for the environment provided to question about my vocation, which discernment path i walk in the Catholic Community Shalom, where God has taught me many things and made me fall in love with the charisma. Blessed be God for the 40 years of the CCR in Pará state. Blessed be God for everything I've lived, for all people reached by God and for all people that will be reached. More than that: Blessed be God for all transformations that will happen in the world through the Apostles of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit
